A Swiss advisory practice
See your team as it really is. Then move it to its best.
AI and human experts give you an honest read of your team, in its own words. Where it counts, your clients' words too. Two weeks from your first hour to decisions you can act on.
How it works
A read on your team, built from evidence, in about two weeks.
You set the question. We gather the answer from the people whose view shapes it: your team, the stakeholders around them, your clients where it counts. Senior experts run the read, AI does the listening at scale.
Frame
You set the question.
About an hour with one of our experts. Together you sharpen the question and decide whose view counts. We bring the research behind each dimension, so you ask the right things from the first interview.
Tell us about your questionRead
Everyone speaks, in their own words.
Confidential, AI-led interviews, each in the person's own language and on their own time. Scope them to your team, widen to the stakeholders around them, or include your clients where it counts.
See how many voices you would hearInterpret
Hundreds of voices, a handful of findings.
A day or two of senior expert work. AI holds every interview at once, so a pattern in one corner is not lost against the loudest voices. Hundreds of responses become a handful of findings you can act on.
Get the signal on your teamDeliver
You decide what changes.
A working session with your team and the stakeholders whose view shaped the read. It runs from a one-hour debrief to a full day. You leave with a short list of what changes, and who owns each one.
Drive change in your teamIn practice
A leader who asked his organisation what was holding it back.
A Chief Transformation Officer had rolled out Copilot licences across the company. The AI edge he expected had not materialised, and he could not see why or what to do next. So he asked his organisation directly.
Run on the 8-A of AI readiness. Co-developed by 100Facets and the University of St. Gallen Executive School.
In practice
One question with many facets, so many voices were heard in a few days.
In practice
The read named what people would not say in the room.
“AI is not truly strategic. It is positioned as a side topic.”
“Most use cases die out. There is no way to test if they are feasible.”
“New AI ideas are done in their corner. No one knows until an end product appears.”
“Employees do not believe speeches. They believe friction removed.”
In practice
In 4 hours, 20 leaders agreed what to do, and who would drive it.

Start where you are
What do you want to know about your team?
"I can’t tell why we win or why we lose."
From AI hype to value"We bought the tools and nothing changed."
Becoming a great team"Strong people, not yet a team."
Moving the organisation faster"We agree in the room, then nothing moves."
- I can’t see why we win or lose.
- We bought the tools. Nothing changed.
- Great people. Not yet a great team.
- We agree, then nothing happens.
From CHF 8k, shaped to your team
Led by people who have led teams, not just studied them.
The reach is what AI makes possible. The depth is a named network of experts: professors, business leaders, and coaches who have sat where you sit.
Start where you actually are
Every leader has a read on their team, built from instinct and the loudest voices. We give you one built from evidence, in your people's own words. Start with the line that sounds closest to yours.
Two ways in
Shape your own read now, or see how it works first.
Configure a read built around your team
Six steps, each one showing what you and your team gain. You leave with a clear, named package, scoped to your team and priced up front. Keep it, share it, or bring it to a short call.
See the method first
Watch how a read draws out one team member's story, see a Tandem coaching role-play, and download a sample report. When you are ready, it opens the configurator.
Proven with teams like yours.
Since 2020 we have read teams across sectors and regions. You will not find client names here. That is deliberate: the discretion that protects them is the discretion that will protect you. The work is real, the results are shown, and references are available on request.
From the work
Selected reads
A leadership team could change fast but could not see the cost. We ran a read in the team's own words, on a framework co-designed with it. It named six tensions the team had no words for. The headline fit in one line: the team was holding its performance, but paying a cost it could not yet see.
A leadership group of fifty read three growth scenarios in a single day, in their own words. By the next morning, the read had drawn out six closing positions. They anchored the bets, and the session where the group placed them. A vote would have flattened all six into a single number.
An executive committee was interviewed live during its own immersion day. By midday, the read showed them, point by point, where they agreed and where they split. The afternoon moved from naming positions to deciding actions, each with an owner.

How we work, and how we keep it safe
On every question, human experts and AI work in the right measure. The experts bring the depth, the judgment, and the research no tool can claim. AI brings the breadth, the speed, and the languages no team could reach on its own. The frameworks and questions are the expert's, grounded in research. The read comes back in the team's own words and ends in named decisions and owners.
Every conversation is confidential by design, with thresholds agreed before we start. The platform is hosted in the European Union and operated by 100Facets, a Swiss company. Your data is never used to train AI models, ours or our providers'.
Join the practice
We grow as a curated practice, AI and expert, never one without the other. If you have built an assessment or framework, we make it AI-enabled and bring it to clients. The ownership stays yours. If you coach or deliver, we bring you the work and carry the business development.
Questions leaders ask
How long does a team read take?
The priced core runs from Frame to Deliver in about two weeks, whatever the size of the team. Embed and Prove are optional and come later.
Who do you interview?
The people whose view shapes the answer: the team alone, or extended to internal stakeholders, or to external voices such as a sales team's own clients. Confidential, in each person's own language, about five to ten minutes each.
What do we leave with?
A read in the team's own words and a short list of named decisions and owners from the working session. The session is where the read becomes change.
Is it confidential?
Yes. Every conversation is confidential by design. The platform is hosted in the European Union and operated by 100Facets, a Swiss company. Your data is never used to train AI models, ours or our providers'.
