We grow as a curated practice, AI and expert, never one without the other. If you have built an assessment or framework, we make it AI-enabled and bring it to clients. The ownership stays yours. If you coach or deliver, we bring you the work and carry the business development.

Questions leaders ask

How long does a team read take?

The priced core runs from Frame to Deliver in about two weeks, whatever the size of the team. Embed and Prove are optional and come later.

Who do you interview?

The people whose view shapes the answer: the team alone, or extended to internal stakeholders, or to external voices such as a sales team's own clients. Confidential, in each person's own language, about five to ten minutes each.

What do we leave with?

A read in the team's own words and a short list of named decisions and owners from the working session. The session is where the read becomes change.

Is it confidential?

Yes. Every conversation is confidential by design. The platform is hosted in the European Union and operated by 100Facets, a Swiss company. Your data is never used to train AI models, ours or our providers'.
