100Facets is a Swiss advisory practice. AI and human experts, in the right measure for each question, give an honest read on where leaders and their teams stand, and a clear way to act on it.
We started in Lausanne in 2020. Leaders make their biggest calls on a picture of their team that is half instinct, half hearsay, and rarely tested. We built 100Facets to give them a truer one.

How we work follows from how we define ourselves. People lead every engagement; AI joins them to reach further than they could alone. Our experts bring the judgment and the relationship no model has, and the platform carries that depth to everyone who should be heard, in their own language, at a scale hand-work cannot. AI is the companion to the work, never the point of it.
What we put in front of you is grounded: expert judgment turns raw input into findings you can trust, and every framework and instrument is rooted in real research, not opinion. A read that changes nothing is not worth running, so ours end in decisions and owners.

Research is not a side project for us. We run our own, on how AI is reshaping leadership development, coaching, and organisational readiness; we use it to ground client work in evidence rather than assumption; and we channel the best thinking from our network into tools that solve real problems.
