You cannot give one to every member of the team, for every hard conversation, in the moment it lands. And what someone takes from a session fades before the next. We pair a human coach and an AI coach that work as one, so coaching reaches every member of the team and holds between sessions. This is the optional Embed stage, added after the workshop, not before.
What the tandem adds
We pair a certified human coach with a specially trained AI coach, and they work in tandem, handing the context to each other. That is what creates the value: deeper conversations and momentum that holds between sessions, well beyond reminders.

If what you want is pure AI coaching, a good coaching prompt in a chatbot your people already use will do. If you want pure human coaching at scale, you can probably find economical options on the coaching networks.
