You cannot give every member of the team a coach for every hard conversation, the moment it lands. And what someone takes from a session fades before the next one. So we pair a human coach and an AI coach that work as one. Coaching reaches every member of the team and holds between sessions. This is the optional Embed stage, added after the workshop, not before.
What the tandem adds
We pair a certified human coach with a specially trained AI coach. The human coach sets the direction; the AI coach carries it through the weeks and reports back before the next session. That is where the value sits: deeper conversations, and momentum that holds between sessions, well beyond reminders.

For pure AI coaching, a good coaching prompt in a chatbot your people already use will do. For pure human coaching at scale, the coaching networks have economical options. Tandem AI coaching is for when you need depth and scale at once, which neither of those gives you. For a team carrying a decision out of a workshop, that is almost always what the work requires.

Coaching only works when a person can speak plainly, so coaching conversations are confidential by design. The platform is hosted in the European Union and operated by 100Facets, a Swiss company. Client data is never used to train AI models, ours or our providers'.
