Your work, reaching further than your week ever could.
Over a career you have built something that works: a method, an assessment, a way of reading a team that most people never learn. Its only limit has been the hours in your week. We lift that limit, and the work stays yours. We partner with experts in two ways, and you may see yourself in one or in both.
Join the networkTwo ways in
These are two paths, not two rungs. Take either, or both. One puts your own intellectual property to work on the platform. The other brings your delivery to engagements we have already won.
Bring your intellectual property
You have built an assessment, a framework, or a method that holds up in the field. We make it AI-enabled and offer it through the platform and our client base, so it reaches people you could never sit with in person. Susan Goldsworthy brings her own instrument to the platform this way. Her profile shows how a faculty member's work can reach far more people while staying entirely hers.
- You keep ownership of your material.
- Revenue is shared on terms agreed before anything goes live.
- You can withdraw it whenever you choose.
Bring your practice
You would rather do the work than win it. When we land an engagement that needs your skill, we bring you in. You might debrief findings with a client, scope a need, lead a workshop, or sit beside an executive over months. We carry the business development, the contracting, and the client relationship.
- Senior work that fits your calendar.
- Paid per project, on terms set up front.
- No pipeline to feed and no selling to do.
The people you would work alongside
The network is kept small on purpose. Its standing comes from the experts in it, and in front of a client your name sits among theirs. So we add to it slowly. When we invite someone, it is because their work earns its place beside the rest.
- A real track record: senior practice, published work, or recognised teaching.
- Outcomes a client could point to, not a list of credentials.
- A clear point of view, and the ease to work beside other experts.
- AI treated as something that extends expert judgment, never replaces it.
How joining works
Usually two to three weeks from first note to listing.
- Express your interest
The short form below takes about ten minutes.
- A conversation
If there is a fit, a thirty-minute call to understand your work and where it might sit with ours.
- Agree terms
A light written agreement. It covers confidentiality, intellectual property, referrals, and revenue sharing when that applies.
- Join
You are listed on the platform. From there you can bring your material in for review, or be matched when the right client work comes through.
The practice you would partner with
100Facets is a Swiss advisory practice, founded in Lausanne in 2020. Our work gives leaders a clear read of where their team stands and a plan they can act on. Experts stay in the loop throughout: their concepts feed the AI, they debrief the findings with clients, and they lead the interventions. The technology lets the work reach more people and stay with them over time. It never stands in for the expert.

The shape of the practice
Since 2020, more than 50 organisations and more than 4,100 leaders, from rising talent to the board.

We do not share client names. Leaders tell us what they would not say in a room, and that only holds if it stays private. References on request.
Your work, protected
What you bring stays yours. Becoming a partner does not transfer ownership of your intellectual property. The terms are in writing before anything goes live, and you can withdraw your material at any time. The platform it runs on is confidential by design, hosted in the European Union, and operated by 100Facets, a Swiss company. Client data is never used to train AI models, ours or our providers'.
