You run the session and set the direction; the AI carries the work to the client in the weeks between and brings you up to speed before you meet again. The client keeps moving between sessions, and the two of you build on each other. This certification is how you learn to run it.

Picture one of your engagements. You run the session, as you always have, and you tell the AI coach where to take the client next. In the weeks before you meet again, it works with the client on exactly that, in your direction. Before your next session, it brings you up to speed on what happened and what shifted. You arrive already knowing where things stand, and you pick up deeper. The client is never left alone between sessions, and the two of you reinforce each other rather than work in parallel.

Who the method is for
It is for a coach already in practice who wants to add depth and reach, not a first credential. If you hold an active certification and have years of real client work behind you, this gives your practice a way of working that stays with clients between sessions.
- Hold an active coaching certification (International Coaching Federation, European Mentoring and Coaching Council, Erickson, or equivalent).
- Have at least three years of paid practice.
- Coach individuals, leaders, or teams in a business setting.
- Are at ease with technology, even if you are not technical.
- Are seeking your first coaching credential.
- Want AI to take the place of the coaching relationship.
- Are after a badge with no practice component.
Three weeks, built the way the method works
The shape is deliberate: each week pairs a half-day live session with real practice in between, the same rhythm of session, then work between sessions, that you will use with clients. You learn it from both chairs, coaching a peer and being coached by one, so by the end the method is something you have lived, not just studied.

What certifying gives you
- The 100Facets Certified Tandem Coach methodology certification, signed by 100Facets, on completion of the practice components and final review.
- Three half-day live virtual sessions led by 100Facets faculty, with matched peer practice between.
- Twelve months to use the method and platform with your own clients, renewable after at preferred alumni rates.
- A revenue share of up to 30% on the platform licences behind any tandem coaching journey you build and commercialise on it. When your clients use the AI coaching, a share of what they pay for it comes back to you.
- A place in the alumni community, with quarterly live sessions on what is working in practice.
- Consideration for client engagements when 100Facets has tandem coaching demand: an opportunity that comes with certification, not a promise of volume, and entirely separate from your own practice.
This is a methodology certification, not a coaching credential. You keep the certification you already hold; this sits alongside it. Cohorts are capped at twelve.
The fee
CHF 5,200 per participant, with everything listed above included. Payment plans are available, and early-bird and team rates on request. Cohorts are capped at twelve and run virtually. Next cohort: 1 October 2026.
For organisations, we also run private editions that certify an internal pool of coaches in the method, and we design train-the-trainer programmes where the volume calls for it.

The practice behind the method
100Facets is a Swiss advisory practice, founded in Lausanne in 2020. Our work gives leaders an honest read of where they stand and a clear way to act on it. Coaching here is always a tandem of human and AI, and this certification is how the method is taught to the coaches who go on to practise it.
A platform you can fully trust to put clients on
The platform you would coach on is confidential by design, hosted in the European Union and operated by 100Facets, a Swiss company, and client conversations are never used to train AI models, ours or our providers'. The AI works inside the guardrails you set, drawing on a curated body of coaching knowledge rather than the open web, so what reaches your client is sound and private.
