Picture one of your engagements. You run the session, as you always have, and you tell the AI coach where to take the client next. In the weeks before you meet again, it works with the client on exactly that, in your direction. Then it brings you up to speed on what happened and what shifted. You arrive already knowing where things stand, and you pick up deeper. The client is never left alone between sessions. You and the AI work as one, not apart.

At 100Facets, the client is never left alone between sessions. Coaching is always this tandem. The human coach and the AI coach build on each other, never the AI on its own. The certification qualifies you in the method.

Who the method is for
This is for coaches already in practice, not a first credential. You want to reach deeper and stay with clients for longer. If you hold an active certification and have years of real client work behind you, the method lets you keep working with clients between sessions.
- Hold an active coaching certification. International Coaching Federation, European Mentoring and Coaching Council, Erickson, or an equivalent body.
- Have at least three years of paid practice.
- Coach individuals, leaders, or teams in a business setting.
- Are at ease with technology, even if you are not technical.
- Are seeking your first coaching credential.
- Want AI to take the place of the coaching relationship.
- Are after a badge with no practice component.
Three weeks, built the way the method works
The shape is deliberate. Each week pairs a half-day live session with real practice in between. It is the same rhythm of session, then work between sessions, that you will use with clients. You learn it from both chairs: you coach a peer, and a peer coaches you. By the end, you have lived the method, not just studied it.
Learn the method and the platform. Run your first AI-led diagnostic on yourself, then run one with a peer.
Design a tandem engagement and learn when the AI leads and when you do. Then coach a peer through a full session.
Work through integration, ethics, and contracting. Finish with a final review and the methodology assessment.
What certifying gives you
- The 100Facets Certified Tandem Coach methodology certification, signed by 100Facets. You earn it once you complete the practice components and the final review.
- Three half-day live virtual sessions led by 100Facets faculty, with matched peer practice between.
- Twelve months to use the method and platform with your own clients, renewable after at preferred alumni rates.
- A revenue share of up to 30%. You build and sell tandem coaching journeys on the platform, and when your clients use the AI coaching, a share of what they pay comes back to you.
- A place in the alumni community, with quarterly live sessions on what is working in practice.
- Consideration for client engagements when 100Facets has tandem coaching demand. Certification opens this door, but it is not a promise of volume, and it stays entirely separate from your own practice.
This is a methodology certification, not a coaching credential. It sits alongside the certification you already hold, which you keep. Cohorts are capped at twelve.
The fee
CHF 5,200 per participant, with everything listed above included. Payment plans are available, with early-bird and team rates on request. Cohorts are capped at twelve and run virtually. Next cohort: 1 October 2026.
For organisations, we also run private editions that certify an internal pool of coaches in the method. Where the volume calls for it, we design train-the-trainer programmes.

The practice behind the method
100Facets is a Swiss advisory practice, founded in Lausanne in 2020. Our work shows leaders where they stand in their people's own words, and gives them a clear way to act on it. Coaching here is always a tandem of human and AI, and this certification is how we teach the method to the coaches who go on to practise it.
A platform built to hold your clients
The platform you would coach on is confidential by design, hosted in the European Union and run by 100Facets, a Swiss company. Client conversations are never used to train AI models, ours or our providers'. The AI works within the limits you set. It draws on a curated body of coaching knowledge, not the open web, so what reaches your client is sound and private.
