Try it

Feel the method before you commit to anything.

PRISM is not an engagement survey, a number without the why. It is not a consulting study that lands after the question has moved. And it is not an AI listening tool, breadth that reads as well-organised noise. It is AI and human experts in the right measure: see a read take shape, feel Tandem coaching on a real issue, then read a real one end to end.

The Read stage

See a read take shape.

A PRISM read starts as a confidential interview, one person at a time, in the language they think in. It asks for the specific where an answer stays general, and it listens for the facet driving the team and the one quietly blocking it.

This is the real interview. When it begins, your browser will ask to use your microphone. Allow it, and answer out loud.

Tandem AI coaching · A three-week pilot

Feel it first, on an issue that matters.

Embed is how a working session carries past Friday: a human coach holds the relationship, a Tandem AI coach holds momentum between sessions, and the two hand context to each other. Before you scope anything larger, run it for three weeks on a real issue of your own and feel the value first-hand.

What the pilot is

  • Three weeksThe human and AI pairing, working on one real issue that matters to you.
  • First-handYou feel the value on your own ground, not in a demo built to impress.
  • CreditedEngage a PRISM within six months and what you put into the pilot is credited toward it.

Sample reads

Read a real one, end to end.

Three honest reads, anonymised with care, in the shape a leader actually receives. Each one names what surfaced and what the team decided next.

Growth acceleration

"Fifty voices, before the apéro. Findings, next morning."

Fifty leaders, two and three levels from the top, read three speculative futures, each in a one to one interview in their own language. Every conversation finished before the apéro. By the next morning the synthesis read each future back, including where the room genuinely disagreed.

Strategy execution and culture

"We are good at change. We are not good at the cost of change."

A leadership team co-designed five maturity dimensions in its own words, then sat for adaptive AI interviews across the team and the layer below. The read named six tensions the team had lived without words for. One line carried the finding: performance was being held, but at a cost not yet visible to the team.

AI and transformation readiness

"By lunchtime, the executive committee was looking at its own thinking on the screen."

An executive committee was interviewed live through a morning of its immersion day, one focused question per AI readiness dimension. By mid-day the synthesis read back where the team converged, where it split, and which minority ideas deserved attention. The afternoon moved from positions to decisions with owners.

When you are ready

Build your PRISM.

Shape a read around your team and your question: who we hear, how it lands, and what to add later. You leave with the scope and an indicative price, yours to keep. Nothing is committed until you want it to be.
