Private by design
People answer honestly only when they know it is safe, and a leader acts only on findings they believe. Both rest on the same thing, so privacy is built into 100Facets rather than added on top. Access is controlled by design: the people who answer and the leaders who act each see only what they should.
What each person shares stays confidential. Who sees what is agreed before anything starts. We report on a group only when it is large enough that no single answer can be traced back to one person, so an honest view adds to the picture without ever returning with a name attached.
Prefer that we hold no sensitive personal details at all? Many of our services can run that way.

Swiss company, servers in Europe
100Facets is a Swiss company, based in Lausanne. The data the service needs is held on our servers in the European Union, on enterprise-grade infrastructure: connections encrypted, access tightly controlled, the systems monitored around the clock.
Responsible AI you can see and steer
AI does real work here, so its work is visible. Every analysis, summary, and insight it produces is labelled as such, so a leader always knows what they are reading. It draws only on knowledge you shape: your own material, your frameworks, and the sources you choose to include and leave out. That keeps it yours to steer, which is the only basis on which to trust it with work as consequential as developing leaders. It supports judgment; it never decides for you.
GDPR, and your data stays yours
Our approach meets GDPR and Swiss data protection law. You and the people you invite keep the rights those laws give you: to see your data, correct it, or have it deleted. We never use your data to train AI models, ours or our providers', and we do not sell personal data. It is yours, and it stays yours.
Open with your IT and legal teams
If your security or legal team wants a closer look, we welcome it. We will sign a non-disclosure agreement and walk them through how the platform is built, hosted, and secured. We answer their questions and follow your review process wherever it leads.
Confidence should come from seeing, not from being told.

The documents behind it
For reviewers who want the full detail, we keep an evidence pack covering our setup and how we handle data, shared under that non-disclosure agreement. The documents that govern everything are always one click away.
