Trust is the whole point. People share honest input only when they know it is safe, and a leader acts only on a read they believe. So privacy was never an afterthought here. We built 100Facets from the start to be private first, with layered access control written into the platform, so the people who answer and the leaders who act each see only what they should.
What you share stays confidential. Who sees what is agreed before anything begins, and a group is only ever reported on when it is large enough that no individual can be singled out. If we ask for your honest view, it adds to the bigger picture, and it does not come back with your name on it.
Prefer that we hold no sensitive personal details at all? Many of our services can run that way.

100Facets is a Swiss company, based in Lausanne. The data we collect to run the service for you and the people you invite is held on our servers in the European Union, on trusted, enterprise-grade infrastructure, with the protections you would expect: encrypted connections, strict access controls, and continuous monitoring.
Responsible AI you can see and steer
AI does real work here, so we make it easy to trust. Anything the AI generates, an analysis, a summary, an insight, is clearly labelled as AI-generated, so a leader always knows what they are reading. And the AI does not roam free: it works from a curated body of knowledge you help shape, your own material, your frameworks, and the sources you choose to include and leave out. That makes the system understandable and yours to steer, which is the only way to trust it with something as important as developing leaders. Its job is to support judgment, never to decide for you.
GDPR, and your data stays yours
Our approach is built to meet GDPR and Swiss data protection law, and you and the people you invite keep the rights those laws give you: to see your data, correct it, or have it deleted. Your data is never used to train AI models, ours or our providers', and we do not sell personal data. It is yours, and it stays yours.
