David O'Connor

David O'Connor spent twenty years in finance, the last of them as Global Reporting Director at Rothschild Trust, running growth and transformation across Dublin, London, Sydney, and Zurich. Then he changed the work to developing the leaders who do it.

He is Director of Custom Programmes at the University of St. Gallen Executive School, where he designs and teaches bespoke executive leadership programmes, and the founding partner of his own boutique, Integral Consulting, in Zurich. He holds an Executive Master's in Positive Leadership, Strategy and Transformation, is a certified teacher of the Search Inside Yourself Leadership Institute, and is a Fellow of the Irish Chartered Accountants, a reminder of where he began. His two frameworks, The Resilient You and The Transformative Team, have been refined across hundreds of workshops and more than a thousand hours of executive coaching. Clients describe a manner that is no-nonsense and deeply empathetic at once. He already works with 100Facets, pairing the platform's read of a team with his own human-first delivery.
