Dr. Anna Eckardt
Helps leaders, teams, and boards navigate change and decide well, grounded in governance and two decades of executive coaching.
Dr. Anna Eckardt helps leaders and their teams navigate change and build organisations that learn, adapt, and thrive. Her work is about enabling better questions and better decisions, and creating the conditions for people and systems to evolve within complexity.
She is co-founder and managing partner of MyLearningBoutique, a global consulting, training, and coaching practice, and co-founder of the SOLARIS academy. Since 2009 she has been an affiliated executive coach at IMD, working with leaders on board effectiveness and governance, strategy, and decision-making across open-enrolment and corporate programmes. She holds a PhD from Zeppelin University, and at IMD she co-led the governance review of the International Olympic Committee with Professor Didier Cossin. She also serves as an independent board member and directs a board-development programme for founders, executives, and investors.
Anna works from a compass of humanism, stewardship, and ethical leadership, with governance as the scaffolding: thoughtfully designed, often invisible, but always essential. She designs human-centered learning systems that close capability gaps, and coaches leaders to lead under pressure with resilience and clarity. The through-line is simple: better questions, better decisions, and the conditions for people and systems to adapt.
What Anna helps with
Anna works with senior leaders, their teams, and the boards that govern them. Her executive coaching helps a leader navigate pressure, build resilience, and lead with clarity. Her leadership development and human-centered learning work closes the gap between the capabilities a strategy needs and the ones a team has today. And her governance and board work helps a board catch the weak signals early and ask the real question before everyone nods, so the human view and the system point the same way.
