MyLearningBoutique
Helps companies turn transformation into lasting capability, an international learning and development boutique from Lausanne.
MyLearningBoutique is an international learning and development consultancy, founded in Lausanne in 2012 and working across more than twenty countries. Its premise is plain: a company changes when its people do.
A boutique with global reach, it runs on two co-founders and around sixty experienced consultants who work in the languages and contexts its clients operate in. Its work sits in three areas: transformation and change, organisational learning and talent development, and executive support. The method is unfussy. It listens, explores, and works alongside a team to understand what the business actually needs, then designs and delivers tailored programmes grounded in research rather than fashion. Clients range from large international firms to leaders steering a single, specific shift.
It chose 100Facets to put a sharper read in front of that work, so a transformation starts from where a team honestly stands rather than where a brief assumes it does. The two share a home city and a conviction: the technology is only worth it when it makes the human work land harder.
What MyLearningBoutique helps with
It helps companies and the people inside them. Its transformation and change work helps a shift hold rather than fade once the launch is over, by building the habits the change depends on. Its learning and talent development work helps an organisation grow the capability it will need next, in the flow of real work rather than off to the side. And its executive support helps senior leaders steady themselves and their teams through the moments that decide whether a change takes. Across all three, the test is the same: did behaviour change, and did it last.
