Read and debrief
Every rep heard, then a focused debrief with you. The lightest way in, still expert-grade.
Frame, Read, Interpret, and a one-hour to half-day debrief.
For sales leaders
An outside-in read of how your team actually sells, in your reps' own words and your clients'. It ends in named moves you can make while the quarter is still open. You hear both the reps and the clients who decide whether to buy. AI and human experts, each doing what it does best. We call it a team read.
You set the target, then spend the quarter reading the gap from the outside. The usual sources each fall short. A pipeline review gives you the number, not the why beneath it. A win-loss interview arrives after the deal is lost. A call-analysis tool gives you breadth that reads as tidy noise. None of them tells you how each rep actually sells, in the words of the people they sell to, while the quarter is still open.
It starts with a real conversation with each rep on the team and, where it counts, the clients they sell to. Research-grounded frameworks and expert review turn those conversations into a clear read, in your team's and your clients' own words, ending in named moves and owners. About two weeks, whatever the size of the team. The depth comes from the experts; the reach, your clients included, is what AI adds.
Four stages take you from the first question to the working session where the team decides what changes, on a fixed calendar of about two weeks. Two optional stages keep the result alive after the session, when you want them.
Hover, focus, or tap any day to read the stage.
We shape the questions and decide who gets heard, tied to your team and your number. A conversation, not a form.
Confidential interviews surface how each rep actually sells. The team alone, or extended to the clients they sell to.
One to two days of senior expert work on the team. An expert reads what it all means, with AI working across everything that was said, separating the signal from the noise. The reading is research-grounded, not a sentiment score.
The working session. A short list of what changes in how the team sells, and who owns each move. Everything before it builds to this room.
Tandem AI coaching for each rep: a human coach holds the relationship, an AI coach holds momentum between sessions.
A second read, same instrument, shows what moved. Evidence you can put in front of others.
Deliver is a working session, sized to the findings: a focused debrief with you, or a half to full day with the team. It does not hand you a report to interpret. It ends in a short list of what changes in how the team sells, and who owns each move, agreed in the room. The named move is what we count. It is also small enough for a director or head of sales to approve alone, without taking it to a committee.
The read is not the product. The decision is.
The angle no pipeline tool gives you
Hearing the team gives you the inside view. Adding the clients they sell to shows you the other side: how the team comes across to the people who hold the budget, in the clients' own words rather than your reps' account of it. No survey and no call tool reaches this part of the read, and most sales teams add it.
External client voices are an option in the read, priced from CHF 4k to CHF 8k, indicative. You choose it in the configurator, or decide once the first findings are in.
A team read is not a pipeline dashboard. A dashboard shows the number; it does not tell you why the team is landing the way it is.
It is not a slow consulting study. A traditional diagnostic interviews a handful of people over two or three months and arrives after the quarter has closed.
It is not an AI-only call-analysis tool. AI alone gives breadth that reads as well-organised noise, without the research-grounded frameworks and the expert review that make a finding safe to act on.
It is AI and human experts, each in the right measure. The frameworks, the questions, and the judgment come from the expert. AI brings the breadth, the speed, and the languages. The read comes back in your team's and your clients' own words, and it ends in named moves.
The workshop unit sits inside what a director or head of sales can already approve alone, without a committee. You add the full loop later, once the findings call for it, not up front. These are indicative ranges, in Swiss francs, to confirm in the brief call.

Frame, Read, Interpret, and a one-hour to half-day debrief.
The read plus a half to full-day working session, built to the findings.
Everything in Read and debrief, plus the team working session ending in named moves and owners.
Built up after the findings land: add Tandem AI coaching, then a second read.
Read and workshop, plus per-member coaching and a measured second read.
Indicative ranges in Swiss francs. We confirm the figure together before anything is signed.
100Facets is a Swiss advisory practice. We pair AI and human experts, each doing what it does best, to give a leader a clear read on where the team stands and a clear way to act. We work from published research and co-developed frameworks. And when a question is not ours to answer, we say so.
Three reads that show the method at work: a leadership team naming the cost of constant change, fifty leaders read before a workshop, an executive committee reading itself by lunch.
We do not share client names. We work in confidence, and references are available on request.
Every conversation is confidential by design, with thresholds agreed before launch. The platform is hosted in the European Union and operated by 100Facets, a Swiss company. Client data is never used to train AI models, ours or our providers'.
The priced core runs from Frame to Deliver in about two weeks, whatever the size of the team. Embed and Prove are optional and come later.
Most engagements are the read and workshop, CHF 18k to 30k. The lightest way in is a read and debrief from CHF 8k. The full loop, assembled later if the findings call for it, runs CHF 40k to 75k. External client voices add CHF 4k to 8k. Confirmed in the brief call.
Yes. The read can extend to the clients the team sells to, so you hear how the team lands where revenue is decided, in the clients' own words. Most sales teams add it.
