Dr. Thilo Eckardt helps international managers and their teams turn strategy into growth and make change that lasts. He came to behavioural consulting from a marketing and academic background more than twenty-five years ago, and still works hands-on with executives to activate the strategy they have already set.
He is co-founder and Chief Inspiration Officer of MyLearningBoutique, a Swiss boutique consultancy with global reach, where he and his team work on transformation and change, organisational learning and talent development, and executive coaching. He holds a PhD in intercultural marketing strategies from the University of Lausanne, and earlier built and led the Swiss arm of the CEGOS Group as managing director and group partner.
Alongside the practice he is a senior lecturer at EHL, EPFL, and HEC Lausanne, where he teaches strategic marketing, sales management, global marketing, and technology commercialisation to master’s students, and a frequent international keynote speaker. That blend, commercial growth, marketing strategy, and the human side of change, is what he brings to a team: a way to move from a plan on a slide to results in the market.
