Dr. Andreas Löhmer is the Chief Foresight Officer for Executive Education at his own consultancy, with 28 years of experience designing learning architectures, executive education programs, and strategy initiatives for senior leaders and global organizations. Throughout his career he has partnered with some of the world's top-ranked business schools and international corporations, including IMD Business School, the University of St Gallen, AXA Insurance in Paris, and Malik Academy, alongside leading projects for large corporations and NGOs around the world.

Andreas's work focuses on transforming complex client needs into clarity and measurable impact. With 12 years of expertise in tailored custom programs at global business schools, he is known for crafting seamless learning journeys that respond to the realities of "professional families" within organizations and address the distinct needs of multiple target populations across hierarchical levels.

He holds a Doctorate in Social Sciences from the University of Konstanz and a Master's in International Security Studies from the University of St Andrews. Born in the Netherlands and raised in the United Kingdom, Andreas has lived and worked across Belgium, Argentina, South Africa, and France, and now operates from Switzerland. His long-standing involvement with the international executive education community, including the UNICON research committee, complements a multi-industry track record and a deeply intercultural outlook.
