Stephanie Comenge Segard helps organisations grow, and helps the teams inside them grow with them. She spent years leading commercial and market development before two decades in talent development at IMD and INSEAD, guiding leadership growth across Europe, North America, and Latin America.
Her path runs through both the commercial side of a business and the people side of it. For over a decade she led client, market, and partner development at IMD and INSEAD, and today she coaches executives and advises on talent. She is a certified executive coach, through the Columbia Coaching Certification Program and IMD and as an ICF member, and a partner at Burke Assessments, the learning-agility platform built from Warner Burke’s research.
