Proof of what changed, not a score that says nothing.

Prove is the optional second read in a PRISM. Four to six months on, the team has lived with the moves it owned, and now you need to show they changed something. Two things get in the way: capturing real change takes time no one has, and the change is too qualitative to force into a survey number without losing what matters. We re-run the same read, in people's own words, structured by experts and made feasible by AI, so the proof is real and you can actually get it.
