Proof of what changed, not a score that says nothing.
Prove is the optional second read in a PRISM. Four to six months on, the team has lived with the moves it owned, and now you need to show they changed something. Two things get in the way: capturing real change takes time no one has, and the change is too qualitative to force into a survey number without losing what matters. We re-run the same read, in people's own words, structured by experts and made feasible by AI, so the proof is real and you can actually get it.

How we work
Proving impact well is mostly research and method, not technology. Experts design the interview and the read so the result holds up; AI gives it the reach and speed that make it worth doing at all. On this question the measure leans on the experts to design and on AI to reach. Some of our partners have led impact initiatives at leading business schools in Europe.
People speak honestly about a change only when it is safe to.
Responses are confidential by design, with thresholds agreed before launch so no individual can be identified. The platform is hosted in the European Union and operated by 100Facets, a Swiss company, and client data is never used to train AI models, ours or our providers'.
