Tina Lieber
Helps leaders and teams build the capabilities to lead well in the AI era, through executive coaching and leadership development.
Tina Lieber helps leaders and teams grow into the demands of the AI era. Her focus is the human side of that shift: the judgement, adaptability and ethical clarity that let people lead well when the work changes faster than the org chart. She works close to the leaders making the calls, as an executive coach and a builder of leadership programmes.
She brings more than a decade of international experience in leadership, talent, and organisational development, across Fortune 500 companies and global institutions in more than 25 countries. She is a certified executive coach (PCC) and has certified over 80 coaches in executive leadership programmes.
Earlier in her career, Tina led talent, organisational, and change initiatives at EY, advised on leadership development at IMD Business School, and worked as a regional director and executive coach at the Center for Creative Leadership. She co-founded AIvolve Leadership Dynamics, where she leads research into the capabilities leaders need in the AI era, sits on the Harvard Business Review Advisory Council, and has spoken on responsible leadership in the era of AI at the Lucerne Dialogue and the World Economic Forum.
What Tina helps with
Tina works with executives, managers, and emerging talent to build the capabilities leadership now asks for: self-awareness, emotional intelligence, and the judgement to act well under uncertainty. She coaches individuals and teams, designs leadership and development programmes, and guides the culture and succession work that keeps an organisation ready for what the AI era asks of its people. Her work suits a team that wants to grow its leaders deliberately, not leave it to chance.
