Matthew Simmons

Matthew Simmons helps teams identify and incubate the new ideas and business models that turn into products and services. He has spent about fifteen years in executive education, working with tech start-ups and with the innovation groups inside large organisations.

He has designed and delivered programmes in digital strategy, innovation, corporate venturing, and the strategy of execution, and has worked with teams in large and small organisations across Europe and Asia, including teams split across countries and across different parts of the same organisation. He holds an MBA and a BS in chemical engineering, and earlier in his career he was at IMD business school.

Matthew also has deep experience designing and leading experiential discovery expeditions, dozens of them, to Africa, European countries, China, and Tibet for groups of senior executives. These can be co-created with your CXOs and HR to build a unique, targeted learning experience for your own teams.
