Alberto Brigneti Panizo
Helps leaders and their teams raise their game, from two decades coaching executives in Lausanne.
Alberto Brigneti Panizo trained as an engineer and now spends his time on a harder problem than any in engineering: helping leaders find clarity when a situation refuses to resolve, and act in line with what they actually intend.
He has more than twenty years coaching senior executives in global organisations, including over two decades at IMD Business School in Lausanne, where he worked alongside leaders from multinational companies across Europe, the Americas, and Asia. His coaching helps a leader find clarity when a situation refuses to resolve, strengthen self-awareness, and bring their actions back in line with what they actually intend.
Trained first as an engineer, he brings an analytical eye to work that is deeply human. He uses structured reflection, practical frameworks, and honest dialogue to help a leader see their own patterns and widen what they are able to do. He works as readily with a whole team as with an individual, on how its people think, collaborate, and reach a decision together.
What Alberto helps with
Alberto works with senior executives and their teams. His coaching helps a leader cut through complexity, by using structured reflection and honest dialogue to surface the patterns underneath a stuck situation. His team work helps a group collaborate better, by improving how its people talk, disagree, and reach a decision. The engineer's eye for structure and the coach's read of people meet in everything he does, which is why leaders trust him with the questions that have no clean answer.
