A former Olympic finalist and award-winning author, she holds a PhD in Organizational Change (Ashridge Hult), an Executive Master’s in the Neuroscience of Leadership (Middlesex/NeuroLeadership Institute), and an MSc in Consulting and Coaching for Change (HEC/Oxford).
