Grounded in more than 20 years of interdisciplinary research, the FIT for Purpose Wellbeing Diagnosis is built on the foundational principles of the Flow, Intent, and Trust (FIT) framework—developed in collaboration with Prof. Susan Goldsworthy OLY. A renowned expert in leadership and human development, Dr. Goldsworthy brings decades of experience helping individuals lead and perform with authenticity, presence, and purpose.
The FIT framework centers on three essential inner capacities: Flow (breath and body), Intent (awareness and agency), and Trust (connection and meaning). Together, they empower individuals to realign their internal state with external demands. The FIT for Purpose Wellbeing Diagnosis offers a fast, research-backed way for anyone—regardless of role or background—to pause, reflect, and strengthen the inner foundations of resilience, clarity, and sustainable impact.
