Carly  Jenner is a global People & Culture executive and accredited leadership coach with nearly two decades of experience helping organisations, leaders and teams unlock capability, strengthen performance and navigate complex transformation.

She has led People & Culture functions across EMEA, APAC, USA and LATAM in high-growth, mission-driven and venture-backed organisations, with a particular speciality in scaling companies through the “messy middle”, the point where growth outpaces systems, leadership capacity and cultural cohesion. She specialises in organisational redesign, leadership capability building, executive team dynamics, and performance systems to encourage behaviour change. Her work combines commercial discipline with a deep understanding of human motivation.

As an executive coach, Carly holds a number of coaching accreditations including Henley Executive Coaching, Hogan Assessments, Emotional Intelligence (EQ) certifications, MBTI, and the Jacqueline Hurst coaching methodology.
